GOAT was born from the consensus of several members of LS1GTO who found each-other through the local forums. The initial meeting was a basic get-together at a local Hooters, which then spawned into what would become the club's first series of Tours around the area. The first turnout was so positive, the idea of a formal club was immortalized.

Now, we're made up of a vibrant mix of civilian and military members, families, couples, singles, guys and girls. Our youngest member is still waiting to get her license as you can see in the photo! All too often it's hard to find an organization with a balanced mixture of ages, experience and interest. We're fortunate to have seamlessly come together in such a manner.

Clubs are born and dismanded on a frequent basis, often due to lack of participation, leadership, poor conduct, failing interest or even divisiviness. With such rare vehicles covering a wide-spread area, our growth is a direct result of our enthusiasm, participation, effort and teamwork. We don't want to miss you, or miss out!
